How big are the plushies?
Each full-size plush is approximately 7.5 to 8 inches tall. Because our plushies are individually crafted, slight variations in stuffing and height naturally occur. We appreciate your understanding of these unique characteristics!
Which Eeveelution am I getting?
There are 10 disguises total (8 Eeveelutions, Eevee, and Mimikyu) so whichever your heart desires!
How long does shipping take?
We provide a Free Standard Shipping option on all orders. Delivery typically takes around 14 business days once shipped. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
My order hasn't arrived yet
If your tracking shows absolutely no movement for 30 consecutive days, your package is considered lost in transit. In these rare cases, we will gladly issue you a 100% free replacement or a full refund with no return required!
What's your return policy?
Due to the limited and custom nature of our plushies, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing preferences.
However, if your item arrives damaged or ripped, please contact us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will start the process with you to get a free replacement or a full refund.
